Current version is 1.3. Now with full support for Issue 11’s inventions, sets and recipes!
Mids’ Hero Designer lets you plan your hero or villain’s build, starting with archetype and powersets, going right through enhancement slotting and calculating the effects of self-buffs.
Not only can you plan your build, but you can also find a wealth of stats on your powers, and see them affected by eachother and slotted enhancements.
You need to have the .NET Framework 2.0 installed, and it’s available free from this link if you don’t already have it.

- Graphs for damage, end, recharge, healing and duration. Even compare different powersets.
- Appearance changes to reflect Hero/Villain status and Origin.
